Shipping & Delivery

UpHai is an online software service. Nothing is shipped: you get access in your browser as soon as you sign up or pay.
1. No physical delivery
We don't sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.
2. When you get access
Free plan: as soon as you verify your email address.
Paid plans: as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, usually within a few minutes. Your plan's limits apply straight away, and the invoice is available under Billing in the dashboard.
3. If access doesn't arrive
If your plan hasn't changed within an hour of a successful payment, or you didn't receive your verification email, write to support@uphai.in with your account email and we will sort it out within 1 business day.
